At DOODAH, we are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. We offer shipping to addresses within India for our furniture and home decor products. Please read our shipping policy carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Availability may vary based on courier serviceability for your pin code.
Dispatch Timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation and payment verification (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If a product is made-to-order or has a longer dispatch timeline, the estimated dispatch time will be mentioned on the product page and/or communicated after ordering.
Delivery Timeline (After Dispatch)
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–9 business days, depending on location, courier operations, and local serviceability. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
Shipping Partners
We ship via reputed logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart (partner selection may vary by pin code and package size).
Delivery Method (Important)
Large furniture shipments are usually delivered to the building gate/ground floor. The delivery partner may not be obligated to carry the product inside your home, unpack it, or provide installation. Products may be heavy—please arrange assistance at the time of delivery.
Delivery Timelines & Delays
We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timelines displayed on our website. However, delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory checks, or remote-area serviceability.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us at [support email/WhatsApp/phone] with your order number. We will:
- share the latest tracking updates,
- escalate with the courier partner, and
- assist in resolving the delay at the earliest.
In rare cases where a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the logistics partner, we will offer a replacement or refund as per our Replacement/Refund policy.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are included in product prices unless explicitly mentioned otherwise at checkout or on the product page.
Tracking Updates
Once shipped, we will share tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp (as applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking links to activate after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to incorrect/incomplete address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Transit Damage / Missing Parts (Unboxing Video Mandatory)
To support any claim for transit damage, missing parts, or wrong item received, a continuous unboxing video (from sealed package to fully opened product) is mandatory. Claims must be reported within [24/48] hours of delivery along with clear photos and the unboxing video.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
